What We Are Doing TO Keep everyone Safe

Safety & Disinfection:

  • For your comfort and safety, your practitioner will be wearing an ASTM-Level 3 graded surgical mask at all times during your appointment.

  • Your practitioner may also wear eye protection, face shield and/or gloves if deemed appropriate.

  • A daily self-health check will be performed by your practitioner and they will only provide services if they are 100% free of all cold/flu/COVID-19 symptoms.

  • All high touch surfaces (massage table, office furniture, door handles, counter tops & bathroom) will be cleaned with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each client.

  • As before, each client will be provided with their own freshly laundered sheets and blanket during their treatment.

  • Please bring your own water to your appointment, as shared complimentary water & beverages will no longer be offered.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided to you upon entry to the clinic.

  • Your practitioner will be continually informed and up to date on any changes provided by Health Canada, WorkSafe BC and the BC Center for Disease Control.


Prior TO your Appointment

Health Screening:

  • We are required to prescreen all clients for COVID-19 symptoms before every appointment. You will receive an email 24 hours prior to your appointment, please fill out the mandatory survey before your arrival.

  • If you are experiencing any cold, flu or COVID-19 like symptoms (even mild ones), please reschedule your appointment and contact your family doctor or 811.

  • If you have provided care or have had close contact with a person confirmed with COVID-19, please cancel your appointment and consult your family doctor or 811.

  • If you have recently traveled outside Canada in the past 14 days, please self isolate for 14 days and reschedule your appointment to a later date.

  • If you have been asked to self isolate due to risk of COVID-19 exposure, please reschedule your appointment.

  • You must be free of all symptoms for 14 days before your next scheduled appointment.

  • If you are unsure about your symptoms, please use Health Canada’s COVID-19 Self Assessment Tool and follow the instructions provided.


Upon Arrival

  • You will be screened for cold/flu and COVID-19 symptoms again upon arrival. Any client with symptoms will not be able to attend their appointment.

  • Please sanitize your hands upon entry.
